HubSpot

We have set up our HubSpot account to carefully manage GDPR. This means that contacts have the right to ‘manage’ their contacts (unsubscribe from communications), and also the ‘right to be forgotten’ (see above).

Should a contact request to be ‘resubscribed’ this cannot be done by us – they have to find an old marketing email from us and click on the ‘manage my subscription’ button (on the footer of all our emails) to update their subscription.
