Cadventure Joins Bentley Systems

Thank you for visiting our Bluebeam pages on our website. We are pleased to share some important news: Cadventure has been acquired by Bentley Systems. As part of this transition, we have stepped down from our partnership with Bluebeam.

While we are no longer able to sell or support Bluebeam products, we are delighted to announce that we have partnered with trusted colleagues at Symetri who are leading Bluebeam Platinum Partners.

They have agreed to take on all of our existing clients as they will continue the high standard of service you have come to expect from us.

Answering Your Questions

Now that Cadventure have been acquired by Bentley Systems and we are no longer an active Bluebeam Partner, we wanted to explain a little more about the background to this and what it means for you.

Cadventure have enjoyed a great relationship with Bluebeam over a number of years and have been highly successful as a Platinum partner. However, as we look at the next phase of growth, we have made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on our Bentley Systems portfolio for software, consultancy, and training.


As part of this, Cadventure have been acquired by Bentley Systems, so it is no longer possible for us to continue as a Bluebeam partner.

We have always enjoyed a strong relationship with Symetri and believe that their approach to customer service aligns with ours. We have come to an arrangement with to take over our existing Bluebeam client base. Hence, the introduction of our clients to them.

For now, it will be business as usual. Current new license and renewal quotations in progress with the Cadventure team will not be impacted. Our intention is to gracefully exit the Bluebeam sales arena and make this a seamless transition for our clients.


Moving forward, Cadventure will work closely our Symetri colleagues who are also highly successful Bluebeam partners. This is to help transfer our customers so that you will continue to receive the service and support you need, backed up with additional resources. Clients can expect the same level of product and service offering, with strong customer service orientation as you have enjoyed from Cadventure. Symetri also sell a wide range of other 3D and CAD software which may be of interest.

All Bluebeam licenses purchased through Cadventure will continue to be maintained and supported as before and our colleagues at Bluebeam are supporting this transition,. If you would like to discuss your next renewal, additional licenses and upgrade requests, plus associated training, and consultancy services that you may require, we will be delighted to introduce you to your designated Account Manager within the Symetri team.

Other Cadventure solutions for Bentley Systems will continue to be managed and provided by the Cadventure team as before.

Cadventure will work closely with Symetri team to introduce you to your new point of contact, some of whom you may be familiar with. Your account manager will be in touch with you shortly. Importantly we want this to be a smooth experience for our clients as we will continue to work with you on other AEC solutions.

Any Bluebeam training that has been booked and invoiced will go ahead. Any thing new that is required will be handled by Symetri.

The last date for placing orders directly with Cadventure through the portal will be by Friday 29th November. We will endeavour to honour quotes already provided by Cadventure through Symetri Each will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
