OpenBuildings Designer for Rail Users Training
Who is this course for?
This course is for experienced MicroStation users who are working on rail projects and are interested in learning more about the Building Information Modelling (BIM) approach to design using OpenBuildings Designer.
What will you learn?
This course introduces the workflow, tools and techniques employed within OpenBuildings Designer to design a railway station. Starting with setting up the project floors and grids, you will go on to learn how to create the building envelope, develop the interior and add external structural elements. The training concludes with outputting drawings and schedules from the completed building model.
