Zubran’s current role involves spearheading the digital transformation Product/Solution road map for Digital Estates (Cities, Airports, Sea Ports, Campuses, Technology Parks etc.). He manages the product portfolio, outlines the necessary growth strategies and orchestrates innovation programs for the adoption of groundbreaking technologies.

Zubran also has extensive experience in Product Management, Project management, Change management, Business transformation, and Cloud Computing. His technical background, commercial knowledge as well as his skills in engagement management, has enabled him to manage the successful delivery of complex projects and help cross the innovation chasm.

He has demonstrated great aptitude in identifying operational efficiency and increasing productivity through business analysis and change management. One of his key strengths is building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This, along with his experience of successfully delivering high-quality projects with value-added service, frequently leads to a higher rate of returning customers.
