Cadventure – Business as Usual
I am writing to give you an update of the Cadventure policies and procedures with regards to the current Covid-19 situation.
The health and well-being of our customers and staff is, of course, our top priority and we have therefore introduced a remote working policy for our staff. All meetings with customers will go ahead as arranged – by telephone or conference call.
I can assure you that we will continue to deliver all of our usual software, training and consulting services, with no interruption to our usual day-to-day activities.
Online Order and Delivery of Services and Goods:
All Consultancy, Support and Training services will now be delivered online, via our virtual classroom.
We will shortly publish our latest online training course calendar on our website, and can also arrange bespoke or one-to-one short courses.
Our 3D print services, including placing orders online, and delivery of consumables etc., will all continue as usual. We are happy to offer advice and support by telephone and email, and ship spare parts if appropriate if we are not able to visit to fix your 3D printers.
For over 30 years Cadventure has been working with clients, supporting them as they have faced their business challenges. Our commitment to our customers remains our priority, and by continuing to support each other we will get through this challenging period.
We look forward to working with you face-to-face in the future but in the meantime we are keen to support you in any way that we can. If we need to make any further changes to our working arrangements, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you require any further information, or if you need assistance in making your own transition to working from home, please get in touch and we will happy to assist you.
