Marcus Rowsell

Head of Corporate Solutions & New Markets, HOCHTIEF ViCon

Marcus is Head of Corporate Solutions & New Markets at HOCHTIEF ViCon, a leading service provider for digitalization of business processes and BIM with headquarters in Germany and projects in Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Marcus has been working with BIM on international projects since 2003. He started his career at the Innovation Department of Köster AG in 1998 with a degree in Structural Engineering.

In 2007, Marcus joined HOCHTIEF ViCon as a Project Manager spearheading the development of software to enhance 3D design coordination processes and to analyse building information.

In 2009, ViCon founded a subsidiary in Qatar, where Marcus took on the responsibility of Project Manager for the Lusail City Development project. At Lusail City, he led the BIM Implementation and successfully delivered BIM services. Since 2016, Marcus has been responsible for the successful development of European markets.
